All Shook Up

This is a spice blend that has been years in the making.  After many test trials, we came up with this hand crafted blend that compliments all foods.  Here’s how All Shook Up was born.

Growing up, we had a family friend who loved to cook and loved to listen to Elvis.  His nickname was Uncle E.  Uncle E attended all five of Elvis’ sold out shows in Charleston, WV. 

Luckily, Uncle E shared his basic ingredients with me and over the years, I have finalized the blend and feel as though he would be proud of what we have perfected. 

It’s packed with so much flavor, if the King of Rock, The Big E, was still with us, this would be his go to spice.  His chef would be sure to have it on the shelf at Graceland.

We hope you and your families and customers enjoy this awesome blend, like our family and friends have.  If you’re not careful, you might start moving and shaking like Elvis after enjoying it on your dishes.
