Speedy McClaw's Cajun Seasoning
          

This Cajun flavor came about from my Dad, the late Gene Fuller, for his love of Cajun Cuisine and his friendship with Justin Wilson. 

Racing crawdads in the seventies was a family affair that we all enjoyed, and so the character, Speedy McClaw was born.  Daddy thought this name was catchy and of course, when you eat crawdads, you have to have them seasoned to Cajun goodness. 

It also boosts up all seafood, poultry, beef and don't forget mud bugs.  We hope you enjoy. 

Like they say in Louisiana, "Laissez les bons temps rouler."  Let the good times roll!
